I visited the site with a client.. not very promising at all.
a good thing about it that they are priced very low for what you get.
Mr. Lee the developer did cut corners to make the price low but these corners are not important you can always change the moldings, doors, kitchen and so..
other than that it will be a nice building once it's done. (3+ months)

The asking rent is very fair on the commercial space (gomcnewyork@yahoo.com), the space is amazing. High ceiling, large windows, it's a raw space so tenant can be creative with the space.
