Does anyone have the scoop on this property and neighborhood? I'm new to new york and really like clinton hill. Let me know.

Based on the map it looks like it's actually in Bed-Stuy, not Clinton Hill.

You should walk around Bed-Stuy by yourself at night to see if you feel comfortable there. Walk from the condo building to the subway and back after 10 pm on a weeknight to see.

Bed-Stuy is traditionally a pretty rough neighborhood, although parts of it are better than others.
