In the managed rentals like Verdesian and Solaire you will pay around 6000-6500, no fee. If there are any available. They will be small 1300-1400 sq ft.

In the lux condos like Riverhouse or Visionaire you will pay 7500-10k depending whether you want to be in BPC north or south and the size of unit you want. Probably have to pay some broker fee as these will be condos listed with agents.
