Discussion about 255 West 90th Street in Upper West Side
Does anyone know anything about this building? I am looking at a one bedroom (825 sq ft.) Asking price is $675,000. A 2 bedroom sold for $649,000 in 2006.

Love this building. Hard to get a grip on pricing for 1 or 2-beds, bcs they're cutups from much bigger original apts.

It didn't sell for $649K -- that was listing price. It sold for $628K but was extremely small...

What 10023 said. The Cornwall is a beauty, and it's very well-run. Rooms tend toward the small side (typical of the era) and I'm not sure I would want to tackle a renovation there. Otherwise, I give it an "A".
