Discussion about 35 West 92nd Street in Upper West Side
Does anyone know anything about this building? I saw an apartment that I like but I am concerned about the neighborhood. Public housing is down the block.

Bump - any idea why there are so many 2 bedrooms for sale right now?

the ps84 school district is not one of the better ones, infact its last grade was pretty terrible. Most parents may not want to be pioneers here..

I would guess parents of school age children in 2br are looking to move to a better zone to save private school, costs...
the public housing concerns me too, but its really up to your tolerance level. Ie check the crime stats to see if really does affect the immediate area
