Pointers in leasing commercial space in a mixed use building

Discussion about
A townhouse that I am looking to buy is zoned for mixed use. I am thinking I could lease the garden floor to commercial use e.g a Gallery, Doctor's office or similar. I am new to this and though I will get professional help should I buy, I just wondered if someone here has done this before and could offer pointers. Thanks

I think you are going to have to give a lot more info and figures to get any type of response that you can use.

Rent it to a pyschiatrist (they make tons of money) so you can have your head examined regularly, you retard.
