Checked out the 1 bedroom for sale recently. Huge waste of time. It's just an OK 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor of a building that is in the epicenter of the traffic (both pedestrian and auto) that makes living in the meat packing district extremely unpleasant. Think traffic jam in Times Square and smallish viewless generic 1 bedroom apt.
