Experience with Downtown Complete Construction?

Has anyone ever used Downtown Complete Construction Corp? Considering using them for complete renovation of 1300 sq foot apartment, moving walls, installing new floors, kitchen, bathrooms, A/C, etc. Owner seems knowledgeable, but would like to get independent assessment of his work rather than trust provided references. Thanks in advance for any information.
