It's a combo of five studios, or maybe four studios and a one-bedroom. Maintenance on a studio at the Alden is $600-$700, so you see how it adds up. Many years ago the maintenance was 61% deductible, so CPW taxes and/or big underlying mortgage.
All that's OK, of course, if the price is.
Problem with this place is the small rooms. It's really a two-bedroom, one of which is bedroom/dressing-room/two-bath suite.
