location may be tough to get to ocean beach across dune road. A little far west and the home seems only fine, but nothing special. The low price may be a result of the above, but does appear to be very cheap in comparison to others

i would take the SH in the link over the EQ house in a second...higher price, but this is a good deal

first one is out of my price range , but dont like it ,
second one is my price range , but i think beach community house for 699k much better

99 Spring Pond Ln, Southampton, NY 11968...more like Shinnecock, pretty far north...not bad for the price if you don't mind being far from the ocean and a little west

would only do southhampton and east, in the price, look into the EH woods

dont wanna go to far east - lots of time for commuting ,
what do you think about bayview oaks listed for 699K? is it a good deal for 500K, i see recoeded sale 320k in 2007? thank you

westhampton still is more desireable i.e. more expensive, but if you don't care about the name, you will get more for your $ in remsenburg

Remsenburg is the quiet jewel of the Hamptons. Looks like Litchfield Conn. Easy commute from NYC....take express train to Speonk, Lots of good value properties in Remsenburg. See my website for various opportunities in all price ranges: www.corcoran.com/robertmurray Good luck in your search.

location is in a strange spot, but that is reflected in the price. Again, I would not be interested, but if you love it, $550k with another $250k of improvements for total $800k...anything more and I would pass
