A picnic table and benches squeezed into the entry foyer does not a "separate dining area" make.

With the low ceilings, this apartment looks claustrophobic.

Visited this place. It is just your standard parquet floor white brick bldg 1-br. Nothing special. Nice location 1 block from Union Square, though.

The building is a problem. I visited on a hot day and the halls are not air conditioned, and the apt's central air is VERY WEAK. This building can't be pleasant in the summer.

Location is awesome...Beautiful block, near everything including express transit. Building looks gorgeous from outside (I live in area). But price seems very high for what looks like a kind of a cramped 1br per Matt's comment. I would say location, location, location but give it a nice price whack first.

At $550K this might be a good deal.
