Very well maintained building with a wonderful staff always there to help when necessary. Great location for traveling any where in the Metropolitan area. Board has maintained good financials. Great building to buy into.

Most important of all, it's across the street from a restaurant and a sit-down bagel store,
as well as a Chase bank branch and the M86 and M31 bus stops.

I wouldn't say it sucks for families (or retirees!) Henderson place around the corner is gorgeous.
