Discussion about 27-16 41st Avenue in Long Island City
Does anyone have "insight" information about this building? Why are common charges sooo low? I assume there is quite a bit of negotiation power as prices are not cheap for that area and many apartments are still for sale after a long time being on the market.... what do you think or better know?
