Discussion about 325 Fifth Avenue #15E
Does anyone know anything about this building? There seem to be lots of available apartments, but pricey, especially for a so-so area like this. Any insights would be appreciated.

New building. Looks like they have sold 8 out of 250 apts. Midtown apts not moving well and there is alot more coming on the market in the area. I'm sure these apts are very, very negotiable.
