has anyone had experience with moving a kitchen a good 15ft in a coop? assuming a coop allows

No, but I tried to move just a gas line, and encountered major resistance, as in they wouldn't let me do it. I really doubt they would let you move a kitchen, but hey you never know. I would try to get in touch with the building's architect and super, they would probably be able to give you the best info.

i wouldn't think that a coop would allow wet over dry. 15 ft is a long way to move the drain alone. gas line would be very interesting.

This is possible, I'm doing it now in a Co-op off Fifth.
if the building and D.O.B are o.k with that everything is possible.
