845 West End Ave

This one just popped up out of nowhere, didn't it (at least to me). Agree the prices are aggressive, especially if compared against 905 WEA which has been trading closer to $1,000 psf. I'm not sure what about this building warrants a 25-30% premium to 905 WEA. Some of the layouts are nice (e.g., A line) and there must be some attraction in buying a fully finished apartment, i.e., no renovation hassle. That said, the prices still look a bit rich for that stretch of WEA, especially when you consider that any family buying in that area would also need to spring for private school tuition...
