I caught an episode of this show the other day - I think they were filmed a yr to six months ago, and I see that the place is still on the market http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/477448-house-400-west-street-west-village-new-york any thoughts on what price it will ultimately sell for? Just curious - unfortunately $20mm is way out of my league, and even if it weren't, I don't think I'd want to live on West Street
