Is anyone familiar with this building's history? It seems that units are always in contract here when they come to market. Additionally, very few units have traded over the last 5 years in the building and most units are actually rental units. Was this building purchased by Trump with the development of 220 or 240 Riverside Blvd. for Air Rights or some other reason, and now they are slowly off loading the inventory? Just a hunch, but something seems peculiar here.
