what do you think? what do you know? Are you in contract to buy? When are you moving in? What's up with 8 E...it is listed as closed and the deed is on file w ACRIS.

Nothing has closed in this building, they aren't even finished with it. What do I think? It's nice. Closings will start July/August.

They have the TCO for Floors 2,3 & 4. Anybody have any scoop on this building?
