Discussion about 350 West End Avenue GARDENDUP
You share the garden with the upstairs neighbors, who have kids. So you get to listen to their screaming kids outside your bedroom, playing basketball on essentially a baby hoop. The kitchen could use some work as well (although I admit, the little nook where you get to watch those same screaming kids playing baby hoops is appealing. Oh wait, no it isn't) Run far and fast from this place

that Lyric 2 bedroom might be a tad expensive, but you get no hassles from the LL
