Can anyone recommend a structural inspector?

Our building is using Rand Engineers. They are on the expensive side- but we have heard repeatedly that if you need to go to court- this is the firm you want to be on the witness stand (for a new construction condo). They won't just say you need new X...they will specify a precise quantity of X that your building will need to remedy the problems. Other engineering firms we interviewed did not offer such precision. That said, we only interviewed a few firms and chose Rand because of their reputation working with buildings on the legal side.

Hi nyny999. Who did you end up using. My building has similar problems.
