Does this broker offer his own listings or is he just reposting other people's listings. All of his listings are "stunning" and none of them provide addresses, which seems odd to me. Can anyone enlighten me?

He also doesn't respond to any emails. Even if he's not nefarious, he's certainly not very bright. The guy spends money (his or someone else's) to put up ads that don't have any real information and then doesn't respond to queries. Charlatan or idiot? either way, not worth your time.

The NYT is kind of an expensive way to harvest addresses. But it's a good point - that's why I have a totally separate "junk" address I use for queries.
