I always wonder about people who buy at the absolute top of the market and then assume they can turn a profit into a recession. It doesn't appear that there was even a renovation here. Is it smart to just troll for an uninformed, idiot buyer or is it smarter to try and price it at purchase price and hope to get close to break even. Granted, there are building with cache that seem to trade higher than 2007 prices -- the nearby Osborne, for one-- but this building doesn't seem to fit the bill.

That apartment accommodates three good sized bedrooms with three ensuite full baths--no problem there. But the Living Room under that configuration has dimensions that would be small for a one bedroom apartment. This is truthfully a two bedroom/three bath apartment, which is strange. Price it like a nice two bedroom with a high maintenance, because that is what it is.

One of those combinations where the sum is not really more than the parts, just more expensive.

Sorry CC - already got all the plants for the terrace, so don't need your truck. But thanks for the offer.

CC - And I'm so sorry about that because I know how much you were looking forward to coming into the city for the day.
