Discussion about One Jackson Square at 122 Greenwich Avenue in West Village
I am not so sure the people who bought here will be happy to see a bank will now be on the ground floor. The Atm's will be busy 24/7 and several people enjoy the the free rent in those spaces, right?

I'm not a big fan of people enjoying "free rent" in ATMs (creepy and intimidating and best avoided when possible) but in this case there could be a delicious irony if they end up being the same people who were forced out of their "home" in Jackson Square when OJS was erected in order to sell eight figure condos.
