There are a lot of units for sale in the building. Very curious to hear why so many units all of the sudden came onto the market. Would love to hear others' opinions on the building, finishes, pricing, etc. thanks.

That bldg got caught at the edge of the shifting market and I think alot of people bought as invest/flip and were unable to sell for some time. It's possible that many units on market now are from owners who rented them out and are looking to liquidate.
My beef would be with any unit facing east - on 6th Avenue. Noisy and busy. You are also across from Limelight Marketplace and the brand new Trader Joe's that will open this summer. It's not peaceful, but it's central. Finishes are fine, lobby looks cool.

at least they finally cleaned out the men's warehouse. But I have to say, the building facade is pretty crappy for stuff at this cost level. It really needs to be fixed up.

The facade looks pretty good to me. Am more concerned about the tone (literally, in the case of the music store) of the building's commercial tenants. I guess the new Trader Joe's next door will increase the value of those units.

Yes it is getting dirty, but I guess the board has to decide to clean it up and hasn't. And sadly, homeless guys sleep on the 20 St side sometimes. The retail is pretty random. Hope a good tenant comes in to the former Men's Warehouse space

Yeah, neither is a particularly good sign.
