This unit has be listed for well over a year.. seems to be good space and location.. anybody familar???

And the price has somehow gone from $999,000 (10/09) $1,100,000 (4/10) to $1,075,000 (6/10). Huh?

I want to say I saw it about 5 months ago. It was dirty and cramped. Not a good layout. But it seems they did some renovations? Price is insane!

The two bedrooms face a wall, which is maybe 2-3 feet away from the windows. Only the living room has any light. Instant turnoff, imho.
