I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I am going to sell my condo and move in with my girlfriend on Long Island. I really would like to sell my apt but if I after 4 months or so I am not getting the offers I feel are acceptable I will probably need to rent for cash flow purposes to cover my mortgage payments. If this happens I still want sell my apt but I was wondering if I should use the same broker that is selling my apt to rent or should I use a different broker to rent. Can you simultaneous use one broker to sell apt and a different broker to rent? By doing so will this cause problems. I really don't want to put all my eggs in one basket with one broker but on the other hand will the selling broker be put off by this. Just trying to be proactive if I need arises.
Any advice or suggestions would be deeply appreciated.
