it is a good building, well run, and in a great neighboorhood. however it is built nearly to the property line in the rear and so you can essentially reach out the rear (north) windows and touch the taller buildings to its north. the studio apartments are all on the rear and they have no view and little light. the studios are very good values with low maintence if you don't mind not having any view or light.
