What do people think about the monthly reports put out by the Core Marketing Group? It's difficult to tell what the sampling is and where they get their information.

I have found core group to be a bid shady. They also tend to overprice - Perhaps to get the listing from the other brokers or keep the buyer in the dark about negotiating room.
