ACRIS - How do you find the lot and block number?

HI all I need step by step instructions on how to find the lot and block number for a property. Let's use 111 Fourth Avenue #3N in East Village as an example. Grazie!

go to http://a836-acris.nyc.gov/Scripts/Coverpage.dll/index
Choose Find Addresses and Parcels
Click on Property Address, choose Manhattan / New York in the for Borough/County, put in 111 for Street Number, put in 4th Ave for Street Name, put in 3N for Unit.
Click on Find BBL and you will get result in the Property Borough/Block/Lot section. Block # is 00556 and Lot # is 0044.
