Building on Union Ave between Richardson and Frost

After months of dormancy, the construction is full speed ahead on this site in Williamsburg on Union Avenue between Richardson and Frost. There are 25-30 workers on it every day now, and the building is starting to take shape. I was having brunch at Jimmy's across the street, and the waitress told me it was going to be a low-rise luxury condo (5-6 stories) with a pool and other high-end amenities. I'm having trouble finding out anything about it. Does anyone know what this project is? Thanks.

OK, I figured out that this is the old Manhattan Chocolate facotry site. Apparently, a six-story rental building is going in there to be called McCarren Park Estates. At least, that what the plan was 3 years ago when the site was bought. Other thatn one artist's rendering, I'm still not seeing a lot of info on this project anywhere. Anyone have any dirt on this?
