I must be crazy...but come on. $5500 for this? Are you kidding me? Previously listed last year at $4500? So an extra $1000 for a new kitchen? $12K more a year, for crummy granite countertops? I hate this city...so much...so very much but not as much as I hate borkers

Why is it overpriced? Look at what the apartment offers: "Your Morning Cup of Coffee and Bagel from the Muffin%u2019s Cafe, Cupcakes from Magnolia"

But overpriced. You could get apartments at the same size or larger for the same price an a building like The Boulevard (86th & Broadway) which is a full service condo. And that was without really looking.
