Discussion about
I am ready to list my condo with a broker. I got the commission down to 3.5% if they sell it within the brokerage and 5% if is a co-broke. Should I settle? I would think in this marketplace I could get it down more but that is as low as they will go. Should I go to another firm? Any info is appreciated. Thank you.
