Some of you may remember my obsession with the East Village from about a year ago. I had a particular fascination with this property:

I'm still thinking about it and still slightly pine for it. I know all the bad stuff but, some properties just appeal to certain individuals.
I was under the impression that unit 7 had been sold but, no public record could be found. I was focused on unit 8. This building is married to 211 East 2nd Street.:

I would love to know what's going on with this property.
If any of you out there in Re land have any ideas.......
By the way, just for nostalgia's sake, this property was represented by the SE's most infamous broker of 2009 Shawn Felker. Unfairly abused, chewed and spit out by those of us who have chosen SE over therapy.

i remember the scumbags that think they are the moral majority attacking the sean felker guy for (gasp) missing an appointment. his biggest mistake was actually posting here to try and defend himself against a bunch of amoral low-lives (present company-meaning you falco-included).
