Discussion about
does having a buyers' broker hurt the sales price when you're buying in a new condo with a sales center in place?

I would not use a broker for new dev when there is a sales office. First, you can go directly to the sales office and get info, negotiaite, etc. If you think with a broker, you can better negotiate, I would not think so. You need to keep this in your mind that your broker would like to buy more from the sales office. Therefore, she prefers to be on their side and do things on their favor so that in the future for other clients, the sales office deals with her. I made this mistake of going to the sales office with a broker and realy regret although I had to do that due to the sales office being closed.
