Discussion about
Does anybody know of any buildings in Manhattan that have tennis courts? I know that 1725 York Avenue on 90th and York Ave does, but I'm wondering if there is anything else. Thanks!

Right, http://streeteasy.com/nyc/building/sessanta-229-west-60-street-new_york

That's the only one I've heard of. (Not that I'd have remembered.) A tennis court needs 60'x120', so I'm surprised there's even the one. Tough to find that much space except on top of a pier.

There's one connected to Manhattan Plaza, on 42nd Street between 9th and 10th -- on top of a parking garage. I don't know what kind of access the residents have, though.

I know one in Long Island City. One of my favorite buildings. :)

The citylights court hasn't been usable for well over a year.

Recreation Center 59 533 West 59th Street New York is right next to the Element Condominium. It's being constructed with a Tennis Court.

"The citylights court hasn't been usable for well over a year."

... just like Long Island City as a whole.

(If "forever" is "well over a year".)
