Anyone living in Orion building? Feedback sought

Hello - am looking at this building as a rental (when my lease is up). There seem to be many rentals available. Does anyone live here and have feedback/advice for anyone considering this bldg? Thanks so much!

Ahh, Orion - the poster child for instant flippers... yes, it would be insightful to know how the building is doing.
