Looking at their website, the picture of the kitchen/bathroom matches the floorplan for the studio - http://63west.com/floorplans.html

the prices are great...i wonder if the bldg. is rent stabl. because 24/hr doorman, gym, etc. those are great prices...2-bedroom for $2095, where do i sign?

FYI: It's directly in front of a housing project so if you don't mind that, then yes its a good price. And this wouldn't nearly be the first place to advertise a S=>1BR, 1BR=>2BR or 2BR=>3BR.

Yeah. very common. Julia, did you notice that 2-br is only 650 s/f? The living room is a postage stamp.
