Discussion about
I was wondering if anybody is familiar with "the Aire" and can state their opinion on the building? Be great to here from somebody currently living there. From everything I have seen the building looks great and is in a nice location. Thinking about getting an alcove studio. Thanks
They're quite petite: http://www.aireny.com/
Maybe a little bit bigger than a few blocks away at http://www.63west.com/, but both can maybe fit a cot or single bed.
Just depends what you want.
I think the Aire is a good deal -- brand new and all. If I didn't buy I would move there from my old rental.
Yes, it looks like a great building. Look forward to having a chance to take a look at the apartments in person. I would like to get a one bedroom and would do so if the price holds steady until September. Right now there are several apartments with a net effective of $3100. That is about as much as I would want to spend so hopefully prices don't rise (and maybe fall a little).
An alcove studio is easily within our budget and I measured out the dimensions today of one I was looking at and I think it would be fine. We aren't in our apartments much anyways. But it is always nice to have that one bedroom for when visitors come.
Great location. Looks awesome.
Any ideas what the more expensive apartments actually asking? The $12,660 1500 sq ft 3BR is ridiculous high.
Inonada, what floor and view is that? View is worth $$$
Stop beating the same dead horse.
