This is the title of a very amusing book by Meghan Daum. Highly recommend for real estate junkies. Probably most of us could have written at least parts of it. Summer reading!

I would need THAT house at the beach, and THAT house in the desert, THAT house in London, and THAT house somewhere in New York but I dislike each neighborhood enough in various ways that life wouldn't be perfect in THAT house. Fantasy living is so difficult.
