Anyone signed lease at Normandie court recently?

Our lease is coming to an end at normandie court, and we are wondering what they might offer us to re-sign. We are in a 2 bed (converted to 3) 1.5 bath unrenovated apartment. The construction on the 2nd ave subway makes the mornings pretty terrible, so we certainly dont want to pay more. The apartment has not been touched for years as we have been here a while. It would be really helpful to know what anyone else (new or exisitng) has managed to get recently, so we know what to expect. Thanks so much!

Personally I have no idea. Wish you luck though, and come back here and post the final results, the more market data available here on streeteasy, the better for everyone.

Thanks. I think it would be great to start threads for all the major rental buildings for people to post their current rents. It would really help everyone trying to rent there

I did a quick Google search on "Normandy Court NYC" and found http://www.yelp.com/biz/normandie-court-new-york

I didn't know Yelp did ratings on apartment buildings, but I have seem on other sites that I don't know off the top of my head but I'm sure you can find if you go a few deeper in Google search.
