My only take away is that the went into contract in March, the deal fell apart, then was re-listed at a 25% premium?!?

not sure how a deal falls apart in 22 days...especially for a coop. couldnt possibly be a board turndown, that would take way longer between getting package together, processed by mgmt, and reviewed by board at this time of year when everything is slow at mgmt companies and delayed at board meetings as people are away.
