Does anyone know what this sale might mean?

I looked at a one bedroom a couple of months ago at 330 West 72nd Street. I liked the apt and the building but was not ready to buy at the time. I've since kept an eye on sales in the building. Last week a new sale popped up but it didn't list an apartment. Instead it says "MULTI" with a sales price of $318,176. Does anyone know what it could be for? I don't see any studios in the building floorplans. Just curious as I track many buildings in the area and I've never seen something similar.

The sale comprised a basement unit and #1C.

Thanks West81st! I thought that must be what "multi" meant but it seemed like such a low price for multiple units.
