What's your point? Rental prices are up, incentives are gone, and inventory is still extremely tight (go hunting if you don't believe me). Plus, this is a standard seasonal trend, and on the low side at that. Let's see where we are at the end of September...

In the first pages under the heading "A Quick Look" the prices are higher for a non-doormen buildings across the board?! Am I reading this right or am I missing something? Can't believe they would publish without proofreading. What gives?

It gels with relaity. Inventory is not 5%. Its UP 5%. Big difference if you passed 3rd grade math.
