That's a really special looking studio. It looks like someone else took care of the upgrades, there's a logical way to layout a dining area and sleeping area, the terrace will insure it is always a cut above other studios. Protected views. The location is outstanding--you've found a (relatively) affordable way to live in a top-notch area. Price is quite good with reasonable maintenance. Building is kept up very nicely. When the park is fully open it'll be the cherry on top. Congratulations. All your work seems to have added up to a very happy ending for you.
