Hi - I'm considering buying at E16th and Beverley in Flatbush / Ditmas Park. Can anyone advise on the area in terms of safety and investment? Thanks!

you should walk around there at night during the weekends... after 10 pm. it will tell you everything.

just an observation... the city puts cops on almost every corner within a few block radius because the area started yuppifying.
