I’d ask to see the Condo Board memo sent to owners regarding the massive mouse infestation in this building and the remedies they were planning to attempt. Caveat emptor.

Mouse infestations in BLDGS don't have to mean the same for individual apts, as long as you have sealed all potential holes with steel wool. I know this from first hand experience. You can have filthy apt with no mice if all the pipes and wiring holes, etc have steel wool in them. This is worth more than daily extermination.
