I did a deal in this building a little over a year ago (representing the buyers). The building itself seemed very good, especially considering the neighboring competition. It has a nice gracious lobby, attentive staff and a driveway (which is an extremely underrated amenity to have... yes, amenity). Additionally, I never really see listings come up in the building, but when I do I always include them in my buyer's search.

The layout of the unit I sold was also quite gracious (2BR/2Bath).

I can't speak so much for the management, but I am very close with the people that bought the apartment and they have never mentioned anything negative regarding the management to me... and believe me they would as I am their eyes and ears when they are out of town (which is frequently).
