Who would call this as a two bedroom?!? These posts keep messing up my searches, someone at streeteasy should do a quality control check. A bit overpriced even if it was a one bedroom. Nice though.

Wow... "2 bed" and I calculate it to be 500 sq. ft livable space according to the floorplan. They should cut the price down to $350k and go from there.

At least this one seems usable. There are so many listings with room inflation that you can almost always see them coming - if it's uncommonly cheap for the category, it's probably inflated.
