Anyone see how they got 750 sqft. on this one? Being generous i got 600 flat. Comments?

I'm not the listing agent -- but I don't see how you get only 600.

You have a 14 by 29 block (406) plus a 25 by 11 block (275) plus a little jig for the closet minus a little jig for the irregular bedroom.

Bank appraiser probably going to call that 675 or 700, depending on how they square it.

i got around 650... that corner bedroom is hard to calculate. no way 700.
